Oversee all coaching duties, direct and coordinate all aspects of recruitment and training for athletic competition, and oversee the planning and fiscal management of program activities within men's golf. Other duties include scouting, maintaining statistics and performing tasks required to insure a competitive intercollegiate Men's Golf program.

Specific Job Duties

• Serves as recruiter for the men's golf program, and perform coaching, teaching and instruction.
• Organizes, in conjunction with the athletic director, all aspects of the men's golf program, including facility, competition, practice schedule and team operations.
• Maintain team and individual statistics, and assist with maintenance of equipment.
• Identify four-year colleges or universities for golf players to transfer to.
• Follows all institutional regulations regarding men's golf in particular and athletics in general.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
