Job Summary

The position will be planning, organizing and handling staff development for cross country and track and field program.

 

Position Duties:

  • Successful philosophy formulation that can promote educational welfare and commitment
  • Preparing and maintaining of annual budget for the program
  • Recruitment plan development
  • Ensuring that all student athletes meet the eligibility of NAIA/CMU/Heat conference
  • Schedule development that can meet sponsorship requirements
  • Providing academic support
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 2 years of collegiate coaching experience
  • Successful recruiting strategy
  • Can lift 50 lbs
  • Strong skills communication
