Job Summary

 

 

The position will be in charge of providing customer support to all the aspects related to keep the membership of  student athletes.

 

Duties:

  • Helping to manage all inbound contact forms
  • Doing phone and email interaction daily
  • Attending to relevant recruiting questions
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Coaching or playing experience
  • Top level customer service skills
  • Detail oriented/professional/organized
  • Strong skills communication
  • MS office proficient
  • College athletics passion
