Job Summary

The position will be in charge of directing the daily operations of the venue.

Duties:

Overseeing the entire daily operation and maintenance of the arena and other systems
Performing periodic staff meetings to discuss problems/policy changes/procedures
Developing and executing of comprehensive preventative maintenance program
Reviewing of contracts for event compliance
Development of program that can train employees
Coordinating and overseeing of special projects
Other related tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from technical college
5 years of sports/entertainment management experience
Strong skills organizational/communication/interpersonal
MS office proficient
