Job Summary
This position will assist with generating and developing veteran and athlete referral sources and community and business partner organizations for the Center for Sport. The Director will facilitate and participate in outings with patient and partner organizations as well as outreach opportunities. Assist with presenting organizational information, including metrics, goals, and progress to major funders, possible partners and businesses interested in working with the Center for Sport. This position will work closely with the Director of External Relations.

- Experience building and influencing coalitions and partnerships with colleagues, agencies, nonprofits, and private sector organizations to achieve common goals
- Ability to think creatively and introduce and implement new ideas into realistic solution
- Experience working with teams collaboratively to excel at achieving goals and objectives, even in a changing environment
- Ability to travel
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum three (3) years in a business, public health, or social services environment
- Prior experience building relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Military Experience at a minimum rank of E-5 or O-3
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with athletes and active duty military and/or veterans
- Experience in volunteer management
- Experience working with outreach programs, which include managing the launch, implementation and operations of such programs
- Experience generating and developing Veteran referral sources
- Two (2) years experience working in a startup and/or small teams
