Premium Supervisor (Catering)

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of overseeing the setup and clean up of all banquet functions that can ensure the guests will have top level of service.

Duties:

• Handling the inventory of small wares, equipment, disposables
• Supervising the housemen and stewarding team
• Coordinating the movement of equipment and beverages of all events
• Helping to plan, organize, execute of all functions
• Greeting of clients
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred
• Strong skills organizational
• Quick and accurate decision maker
• With basic food/beverage preparation knowledge
• Can lift 10-30 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally
• At least 18 years old
