Job Summary

The position will be in charge of promoting ethnic minorities and women in the intercollegiate athletics.

Duties:

• Planning and facilitating of sessions/organizing of guest speakers
• Coordinating of all sessions for first year student athlete
• Organizing all the details for each semesters
• Gives programming for groups
• Developing and managing of publicity for College varsity programs
• Helping to research and coordinate of nomination ballot
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills leadership/organizational/communication
• Can work varying days/hours
