Job Summary

The position will be in charge of designing, executing, evaluating and delivering broad and complex career focused assessments/programs and experiences.

Duties:

Creating systems to support student athletes
Management of small portfolio for athletic teams
Helping to facilitate all career related programming
Managing and administering of technology platform and engage alumni and community partners
Measuring and tracking of career related benchmarks
Other related tasks

Qualifications:

Advanced career development theories knowledge
Experience in curriculum development and facilitation
Project management skilled
Strong skills communication/leadership
MS office suite knowledge
Client services oriented
2 years of experience in Career development or student athlete development
