Associate Athletics Director, Compliance & Student Services

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting department-wide strategic initiatives and the daily administration of Compliance & Student Services office.

Duties:

• Planning, administering and managing of Compliance efforts of the whole department
• Preparing regular training and educational programming
• Leading athletics department efforts linked to student services
• Overseeing the Compliance unit
• Supervising and managing by leading the organization to reach its goals
• Formulating, recommending and executing of policies
• Developing and monitoring of operating budget
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Can multitask at work
• Strong skills organizational/communication/customer service
• NCAA Division 1 and Pac 12 policies rules knowledge
• 5 years of relevant work experience
