Network Support Technician

Job Summary

The position will be handling event day preparation and operation for the Information Technology tasks of the stadium.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling physical tasks associated in placing and setting up of systems
• Conducting custom-length CAT6a network cables
• Coordinating with internal IT teams members
• Troubleshooting of computer systems, IP phones, IPTV issus
• Gives on site event support at the stadium
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA related degree preferred
• 2 years of work related experience
• TCP/IP data network support experience
• Windows 7/10 and Mac OS support experience
• Strong skills customer support/communication
• Good skills in network troubleshooting
