Box Office Ticket Seller

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing customer service while selling tickets and distributing will call tickets for the ticketed events of the stadium.

Job Duties

• Helping the customers to use ticketing software
• Helping will call and guest list management
• Attending to phone inquiries related to tickets
• Resolving of guest complaints
• Notifying the supervisors and other security issues
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 1 year of work related experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• MS office proficient
• Strong skills communication and customer service
