Job Summary
The position will help to solve and handle mobile ticketing issues at the entrance points of the Stadium.
Duties:
- Engaging with all guests professionally
- Addressing the issues and questions related to mobile tickets
- Helping to resolve concerns related to mobile tickets
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Can work on all home games
- Can work on outdoors
- Customer service skills
- Patient and clear with instructions
