Job Summary
The Key Holder is a leadership position focused on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. The Key Holder helps coach and develop sales associates while sharing in the opening and closing responsibilities.
Job Duties:
- Drive and maintain a service-oriented culture
- Maintain core standards, Replenish, and re-merchandise the floor when necessary
- Coach and train associates on product knowledge and basic job responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in operating the Point of Sale
- Resolve any customer incidents
- Able to operate a Windows computer including Microsoft Word and Excel basics
- Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 – 3 years of retail clothing experience preferred
- Able to communicate information effectively and use analytical skills to make decisions
- Able to lead by example and encourage others to follow
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
