Vice President of Team Sales & Service

Job Summary

• Train, manage and motivate sales staff  

• Develop new customers from referrals, prospecting lists, and cold-calls, in national and international markets  


• Personal sales within assigned territory 


• Create and oversee company’s customer service program 


• Establish and maintain relationship with facility General Managers 

• Identify and develop new revenue streams and product offerings  


• Develop and manage department expense budget,margins and revenue goals  


• Make timely and substantive decisions; organize projects and information effectively  

• Previous sales management experience with at least 7+ years of sales experience  


• Track record of achieving results in sales environment  

• Ability to manage and communicate effectively  


• Professional history of consumer-oriented activity  


• Bottom-line and results- oriented 


• Excellent time-management skills  


• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)  


• A proven ability to effectively supervise staff  


• A self-starting, progressive manager  


• Demonstrable history of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals  


• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field
