Job Summary
This position, under the general direction of the Head Coach, provides day to day oversight of the administrative and clerical functions of the Football program, including but not limited to: logistics; compliance; public relations and community service opportunities; event coordination; and operational support.
Department Summary
- The Athletic Department sponsors 21 sports at the Division I NCAA level. All sports compete in the Big West Conference except Football (Big Sky Conference), Wrestling and Mens's Swimming (PAC-12) and Women's Swimming (MPSF).

Key Qualifications
- Assist Head Football Coach in all phases of planning, developing and promoting a Big Sky Conference champion caliber program.
- Serve as liaison between the football program and department administration, academic services, athletic communications, marketing, compliance, ticket office, business office, sports medicine, equipment, strength and conditioning, facilities and university conference planning.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent. Type 45 wpm.
- Five years of general office support and technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months or experience.)
