Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of leading the daily operations of the center,  and other off site locations.

 

Duties

  • Supervising the Engineering team while providing arena maintenance, systems operations, capital improvements, etc
  • Coordinating construction, renovation, preventive maintenance
  • Managing of CMMS
  • Managing the risk and safety of operations
  • Analying of financial and operating reports
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years experience in facility management
  • Industry and venue management understanding
  • Can work varying days/hours
