Job Summary

The position will be in charge of planning, programming, directing and executing of various tasks/functions for individual sports program.

Duties:

• Recruitment and retaining of student athletes to the program
• Helping to develop core competencies for social/emotional learning
• Hiring, training, supervising of assistant coaches
• Helping to develop annual budget
• Scheduling of independent contests
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Successful college gaming/coaching experience preferred
• Competitive level experience for online video games preferred
• Strong skills communication/organizational
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR
