Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of helping to administer benefits programs/policies while executing new programs.

 

Duties:

  • Helping to plan, develop, recommend changes that can benefit the program and policy
  • Evaluating of proposed employee benefit contracts
  • Deliver top level customer service
  • Creating and maintaining new hire benefits programs
  • Other related tasks

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CEBS certificate preferred
  • 5 years of benefits administration experience
