Job Summary
The position will be in charge of managing of all diverse talent pipeline and programs for pathway development, engagement, identification grant, etc.
Duties:
- Planning and directing the executing of action plans/best practices
- Helping to maximize the Community Resource Groups' contribution
- Leading of all diverse and inclusive talent pipeline programs
- Serving as team leader
- Gives subject matter expertise to design/delivery of diversity/cross-cultural/equity
- Developing and maintaining of strategic partnerships
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related
- Master's degree preferred
- 10 years experience of progressive business
- 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Strong skills interpersonal/leadership
