Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing of all diverse talent pipeline and programs for pathway development, engagement, identification grant, etc.

Duties:

• Planning and directing the executing of action plans/best practices
• Helping to maximize the Community Resource Groups' contribution
• Leading of all diverse and inclusive talent pipeline programs
• Serving as team leader
• Gives subject matter expertise to design/delivery of diversity/cross-cultural/equity
• Developing and maintaining of strategic partnerships
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related
• Master's degree preferred
• 10 years experience of progressive business
• 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Strong skills interpersonal/leadership
