Job Summary

The position will be monitoring, controlling, auditing of all financial transactions while performing full range of professional accounting tasks.

Duties:

• Processing/preparing of accounts payable invoices
• Verifying and postings of entries to general ledger accounts
• Detail processing of accounts receivable and collection calls
• Processing of Box Office ticket reports
• Helping in month end closing procedures
• Preparing of selected sales journals/event settlements
• Balance sheet account reconciling
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of professional accounting experience
• Accurate and efficient
• Can work in all management levels
• MS office proficient
• Sage 100 and BizNet knowledge preferred
