Job Summary

The position will be charge of the daily operation of Athletics ticket office of such includes the sales, processing and reporting of athletic events (season/single).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing of Ticket office
• Coordination of ticket sales, customer service and operations
• Helping to generate effective ticket strategies
• Helping to coordinate the distribution of complimentary tickets
• Leading to increase ticket revenue/customer service
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in ticket office operations
• Paciolan ticketing database proficient
• NCAA and conference rules knowledge
• Valid driver's license
