Ticket Office Game Day

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting and helping the Ticket Office in game day ticket office operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Helping in customer service items
• Relocation of guest
• Sales of ticket
• Will call distribution
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Can work varying days/hours
• Strong skills customer service
• Cash handling and balancing experience
• Can work under pressure
