Job Summary
The position will be in charge of the establishment and maintenance of strength and conditioning program for a l sports with three major goals to improve athletic performance.
Position Duties:
- Cultivation of positive training environment to encourage team building, discipline, accountability
- Designing, organizing, supervising of relevant program
- Helping in physical rehabilitation and injury prevention
- Helping in weight room of students/faculty/staff
- Take part in self-directed, ongoing, reflective professional development
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
- Current certificate on professional strength coach
