Job Summary

 

The position will be helping to build and grow relations with the members  through delivering top level customer service.

 

Duties:

  • Generation of incremental tickets/concessions revenue
  • Deliver top level customer service to guests
  • Documenting and tracking of all account correspondence
  • Updating and gathering of all relevant demographic information
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of service experience preferred
  • MS office proficient
  • Strong skills communication/time management
  • Attentive to detail
  • SeatGeek and Salesforce system knowledge
