Head Softball Coach - NCAA

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing vision/leadership and strategic planning to directing and supervising all activities linked to teaching, skill development and training the student athletes.

Job Duties:

• Recruitment of qualified student athletes
• Development of excellence in student athletes/coaches/staff
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• Can adhere and abide by the rules of NCAA/conference
• Can multitask at work
• Strong skills communication, leadership, management
• Valid Class D WV license
