Associate Athletics Director Internal Operations

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of establishing and maintaining Athletic Compliance program that can ensure proper transmission and interpretation of National Collegiate Athletic Association, Mid-American Intercollegiate Athletic Association and university.

Responsibilities:

• Performing rules education for the staff/coaches/student athletes
• Reviewing of current policies and procedures
• Coordinating the recruitment and signing of prospect student athletes
• Helping to administer the daily internal operations of athletic program
• Other related tasks

• Intercollegiate athletics knowledge
• Intercollegiate athletic rules knowledge
• Marketing principle knowledge
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal/problem solving
