Job Summary

The position will be in charge of program development that can create strong foundation for age group athletes while increasing swimming success of seniors.

Duties of the Head Coach include:

Creating and promoting vision/strategy for growth
Performs different administrative tasks
Attending of board meetings monthly
Relations building with local school districts
Other related tasks

Qualifications:

5 years of competitive experience in coaching swimming
Strong skills communication/computer/MS office
USA Swimming OME, TeamUnify, HY-TEK experience
