Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Summary

• Invoice receivables to sponsors and other customers


• Reconcile source reports to accounting system receivables


• Apply credit memos and other adjustments as needed


• Send customer statements, perform status updates, and initiate collections communications as needed


• Internal control analysis– strengthen current processes and internal controls to drive efficiencies and accuracy

• Professionalism and maintain confidentiality  


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong organizational and time management skills
