Grounds Associate

Job Summary

This position provides landscaping and general grounds support as a member of our Grounds team.

• Assist day to day maintenance of stadium landscape and grounds areas.


• Obtain instructions and carry out assignments as given by the Head Groundskeeper and Landscape Crew leader. 


• Operate grounds maintenance equipment in a proper and safe manner.


• Assist with maintaining stadium and practice fields as needed.


• Assist with event field painting and preparations as requested by the Field supervisor.


• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Must have a valid driver’s license


• Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all NFL Team and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays when necessary


• Must pass pre-employment screens

• Must have customer service experience


• Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable


• Walking throughout the stadium and stadium grounds


• Must be detail-oriented and must be able to multi-task while managing time successfully 

• Standing for extended periods of time


• Walking throughout the stadium and stadium grounds


• Operating grounds and landscape machinery


• Lift at least 50 pounds
