Warranty Clerk

Job Summary

• Submitting service claims to various motorsports companies


• Setting up times for inspectors to look at units


• Taking pictures of damaged units and finding other information that is required


• Help service advisers with repair orders


• Assist the service manager with daily tasks


• Assist the warehouse team with claims and part orders


• Lookup parts on the fiche for claims


• Maintain notes on claim status and update service advisors


• Ensure correct parts are ordered for claims

• Must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized


• Must be dependable and work on claims in a timely manner


• Basic knowledge of parts and service is helpful


• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone


• Computer skills and the ability to learn required software


• Drug-free workplace/environment (must be able to pass a drug test)
