Job Summary
The position will be in charge of the administration and coordination of payroll and benefits initiatives.
Duties:
- Preparing, verifying and completing of payroll in bi-weekly set up
- Processing of payroll reports as needed
- Processing of 401K transmission to provider
- Reviewing of employee time clocks
- Processing of all new hire and employee change
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Computer literate with MS Windows working knowledge
- Excel knowledge
- 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits
- ADP experience
- Can perform accurate and prompt data entry
