Job Description
This is a non-benefited supplemental stipend assistant coach position. Candidate may be required to work on Saturday - Sunday. This position is responsible for servicing as an assistant coach to the football program. This position is responsible assisting in the coaching of a national competitive NCAA II football program, which competes in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and direct the assigned area of the Football Program.
- Recruit quality student-athletes for the football team.
- Develop and implement practice plans and game plans.
- Perform all other duties deemed appropriate for the position

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Six months of coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level.
- Knowledge of intercollegiate athletic rules and regulations.
- Ability to evaluate physical performance related to intercollegiate competition.
- Ability to work effectively with an ethnic, cultural and diverse student population.
