Job Summary
The position will be overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning and policy making while maintaining organizational effectiveness.
Duties of the Chief Operating Officer:
- Provides executive level leadership while managing operational functions
- Overseeing of financial status of the Association
- Executing of best practices in HR functions
- Managing of insurance policies and annual renewal process
- Other related tasks
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of progressive responsible experience
