Job Summary

The position will be overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning and policy making while maintaining organizational effectiveness.

Duties of the Chief Operating Officer:

• Provides executive level leadership while managing operational functions
• Overseeing of financial status of the Association
• Executing of best practices in HR functions
• Managing of insurance policies and annual renewal process
• Other related tasks

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (MBA preferred)
• 10 years of progressive responsible experience
