Ticket Operations & Business Analytics Internship – Fall 2020

Job Summary

The position will be supporting all the initiatives concerning consumer insights/data analytics by way of data entry, analysis and other initiatives of Business Analytics.

Some duties include:

• Helping in lead generation/lead scoring/evaluation
• Identifying of new customer segments
• Helping to compile and evaluate historical/current sales data
• Building and structuring of consumer insight surveys
• Analysis of huge data sets
• Other related tasks

Basic qualifications:

• Can work remotely 20-25 hours
• Strong work ethic skills
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal
• MS office proficient
• Full time undergraduate/graduate student
