Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary

The position will maintain a safe, secure, pleasant environment for the clients/visitors/co-workers.

Position duties:

• Scheduling, supervising and directing the engineering staff
• Operating Building Control Systems to control space temperature and lighting
• Directing the performance of all engineering departmental service requests
• Performing regular building spaces inspections
• Leading or directly operating/monitoring of critical/non critical system equipment and components
• Training and supervising targeted to expand the capabilities of the engineering staff
• Other related tasks

Skills & qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• 5 years related work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional certificate preferred
• CPR/AED certificate
• Driver's license
