Assistant Coach- Diving and Swimming

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing coaching expertise and leadership for the administration of intercollegiate program of swimming and diving.

Duties of the Assistant Coach include:

• Helping to coach the student athletes
• Teaching sportsmanship while setting example of good moral
• Maintains standards of performance
• Coordinating and executing eligibility requirements that can ensure full compliance of the rules
• Helping to execute a successful strategy in recruitment
• Helping to plan/organize and execute training plans
• Helping in organizing and supervising all practices
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 3 years experience as dive coach
• NCAA rules knowledge
• Strong skills communication and reasoning
