Job Summary
The position will be providing quality recreational sports facilities and services for the university students/faculty/staff.
Duties of the Facilities Coordinator include:
- Planning and executing of daily management for 100,000 sq ft of the facilities
- Helping in managing outdoor recreational sports complex/fields
- Helping to recruit, hire, train, develop of staff and students
- Managing of facilities reservations
- Helping to facilitate logistics/contracts/payments
- Use new software system to create reservations
- Other related tasks
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in Graduate Assistantship
- Service oriented and self motivated
- Strong skills time management/organizational
- Independent and team player
