Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations & Sales

Job Summary

The position will be handling the leadership and management of all the facets of ticket revenue generation for the department.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing of all operations and ticket sales
• Daily reporting and deposit of revenue from sales
• Customer service
• Direct overseeing of all ticketing operation
• Initiating and implementing of ticket system builds
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills communication/interpersonal/time management
• Self starter and independent
• Ticket office operations knowledge
