Media and Content Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The position will be facilitating efficient operation for the designated department by ensuring to perform different clerical and administrative tasks on behalf of the SVP of Media and Content and the VP of Digital and Programming.

Duties:

• Answering and transferring of calls to people
• Welcoming and directing of clients and visitors
• Maintaining the filing systems as assigned
• Retrieval of information from the records
• Attending and resolving of administrative queries/questions
• Coordinating and scheduling of travels/meetings/appointments
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong skills communication/organizational
• MS office proficient
• Attentive to detail
• Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of administrative role experience
