Assistant Football Coach

Job Summary

What You'll Do:

• Identify, cultivate and enroll quality football student athletes who can achieve success at St. Olaf academically, socially and athletically
• Offer instruction and coaching to advance the performance of each athlete
• Serve as a mentor and guide for student athletes
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head Coach

Who You Are:

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree; maintain a valid driver's license and meet the College driver authorization criteria with a satisfactory driving record
• 2+ years of experience coaching football at the high school, junior or collegiate level; advanced knowledge of football

Preferred qualifications also include:

• Experience recruiting at a highly selective college or university
• Experience with the college admissions process
