Job Summary
What You'll Do:
- Identify, cultivate and enroll quality football student athletes who can achieve success at St. Olaf academically, socially and athletically
- Offer instruction and coaching to advance the performance of each athlete
- Serve as a mentor and guide for student athletes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head Coach
Who You Are:
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree; maintain a valid driver's license and meet the College driver authorization criteria with a satisfactory driving record
- 2+ years of experience coaching football at the high school, junior or collegiate level; advanced knowledge of football
Preferred qualifications also include:
- Experience recruiting at a highly selective college or university
- Experience with the college admissions process
