Director of Ticket Sales

Job Summary

• Serve as key member of the ticket sales department focusing on season and group ticket sales. 
• Serve as a leader among the sales team along with developing creative ideas to increase sales. 
• Direct the work of part-time sales staff and interns. 
• Train and develop the best interns in the Indoor Football League (IFL). 
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends as necessary. 
• Provide quality customer service. 
• Staff ticket sales tables at outside events when needed. 
• Develop relationships with current clients for referral leads. 
• Assist with ordering all season ticket books and plan/manage the distribution to season ticket holders. 
• Act as liaison to ticket holders and management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster system is a plus. 
• Knowledge of basic accounting, record keeping, reconciliation and audit practices and procedures. 
• Knowledge of event marketing, promotions and advertising.  
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and follow-through with assignments.  
• Ability to initiate, lead, plan and direct the work of department.  
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.
