Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

• Manage inflex of custom request from the Brand Shop


• Partner with AM's on projects and support overflow of custom requests delegated by the Senior Account Manager


• Assist with weekly sales analytics


• Partner with AM’s on call and in person meetings


• Support Senior Account Manager with managing basics business needs for division


• Point-of-contact between client and the team, delivering a high-level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction


• Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with sourcing specialist and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests


• Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery of products with the team


• Achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins

• 2-4 years of sales experience in branded merchandise or ASI sales


• Project management skill, ability to multitask and prioritize.


• Positive team player with a can-do attitude


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator


• Proven ability to create strong client partnerships.


• Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, organized and detail oriented.


• Self-starter, driven individual who thrives in client-facing sales positions


• Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary)
