Assistant Coach (Seasonal) - Women's Lacrosse

Job Summary

Assistant coach of the Women's Lacrosse team there to support the head coach by assisting with practices and games along with planning of team practices and travel for games. Looking for someone with past coaching or playing experience and a solid knowledge of the sport and working with young women.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in creating and executing practice plans
• Being present at all practices and games
• Running drills throughout practice
• Driving to and from games, schools buses for local games
• Assisting with travel plans and meals for the team

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous coaching experience required.

Specific Skills: Knowledge of NCAA Division III philosophy, recruitment, rules and regulations.

Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications: Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and supervisory skills; valid driver's license required
