Job Summary

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and preferably pursuing a relevant major, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, Event Management, Communications, etc.  

• Punctual and self-motivating 


• Must be comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.


• A desire to connect with people and build lasting relationships


• Attention to detail 


• Strong communicator via email and phone, as well as in person


• A passion for connecting and supporting youth sports coaches, players and families
   

• Communicate with our customers via email, chat, text, phone and in person


• Gather feedback from our customers on their experiences - what can we do to make their experience better and what should we continue doing for them


• Bring forward ideas to the Customer Care team to bolster our event experience 


• Meet with our customers onsite to build relationships, encourage, and let them know we are here to help
