Ecommerce Specialist

Job Summary

• Subject Matter Expert for ecom item set up which includes naming, descripting and details, and images. Identifies opportunities to improve the process and speed to site.


• Responsible for maintaining reporting dashboards and sending to internal team members consistently for their further analysis.


• Helps to execute ecommerce strategies, site changes, and event plans to support ecom team and digital marketing team.


• Assist Site Merchandiser with launch of new B2B websites.


• Assist in developing ecommerce processes and initiatives that can improve speed to site and conversion.


• Work closely with other team members to implement various promotions through digital marketing channels and site exclusive promotions.


• Support initiatives that drive improvements for site key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, etc.

• Degree in Merchandising or Marketing preferred but not required


• Some experience in an ecommerce environment.


• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.


• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure


• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.


• Proficient in Excel and Power Point, or similar programs/applications.


• High level of proficiency for using the internet and technology.
