Assistant Coach Triathlon/Swimming

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of providing instruction, leadership and coaching expertise to the student athletes. He or she will help in the effective management and administration of all the facets of positive intercollegiate program of the student athletes.

What you will be doing:

• Helping to coach the student athletes
• Teaching sportsmanship while setting good example to others
• Monitoring the conditioning and training of student athletes
• Academic progress monitoring
• Attending and taking part of in service training
• Be loyal to the head coach
• Attending of all home contests
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• NCAA/RMAC/CMU/USA swimming and USA triathlon rules knowledge
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
