Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping in the coaching and development of nationally competitive Division 1 Softball team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Helping to evaluate student athlete performance
• Helping to develop/execute recruitment plan
• Helping to create and reinforce an environment of academic achievement
• Helping in coaching competitive events
• Other related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior college softball or baseball or professional experience
• MS office/Google Sheet/Google Page knowledge
• Online recruiting experience
