Job Summary

Overview of Role

The Team Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining a professional and supportive culture for players and technical staff. The Team Administrator will facilitate all day-to-day administration, coordination, and assistance of coaches and players. This staff member works closely with the Head Coach and Associate GM to accomplish team objectives. This position involves regular domestic travel and the ability to maintain a demanding schedule in line with a sports team, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

Bilingual -- the position requires fluency in both English and French
Prior experience/training in an administrative or athletic support role
Service-oriented mindset
Superior problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Takes initiative to complete tasks above expected standard
Drive to constantly improve and learn
Ability to multi-task and complete multiple jobs at once
Ability to work well within a group environment
Knowledge of competitive soccer preferred
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
May require lifting objects up to 50lbs
