Graduate Assistant - Track and Field, Cross Country

Job Summary

A Private College in Massachusetts is seeking a Graduate Assistant for their Track and Field, Cross Country Team. This assistant will work in the Trak and Field office to assist with day to day duties, including coaching and academic support.

This position will have three essential responsibilities that will entail additional duties. These responsibilities will be teaching/coaching, recruiting, and administration. Coaching responsibilities will include teaching and coaching students during practices and competitions and conducting video breakdown and instruction.

Applicants must have completed undergraduate education. Collegiate coaching or playing experience is preferred.
